Meeting Minutes Update

Present: Jenn, Adam, Tammy, Susan, Katie, Lucy

Treasure’s Report: Jenn has reported that we have $4,411.78 in the account. We paid out $123.06 for Christmas photo's, $75.00 final pmnt on hall, $133.88 to Pet Edge for Shelter presents, had a balance of $59.06 at Pet Partners for a cat spay and $125.00 to Mt. Hope for a cat we had to euthanize.

We have ear marked $300.00 for a Zep ear surgery, a balance at Pet Partners of $134.00 and a dog going for a spay/bloodwork/rabies on Jan 17th (client paying $110.00), a stray cat going for spay/rabies on Jan 10th - 100% by the Coalition.

Animals helped in December
Dec 8th - Lenny Male cat fixed w/ rabies. Pet Partners - Charge $66.00 owner paid $40.00 balance paid by Coalition $ 26.00.

Dec 13th - Male cat trapped in basement for a week.
Noreen - 508-676-6633 Pet Partners - Doctor called cat was dehydrated, under weight and difficultly breathing. Did a FIV test - negative, shot of antibiotics and fluid. Suggested a full service vet for X-rays. Paid by Coalition $108.06. Sent to Mt. Hope on 12/15/11 for X-rays after exam vet felt the cat had FIP and owner chose to have him euthanized. Cost $125.00 paid by the Coalition.

Upcoming:
Jan 10th feral cat spay/rabies - 100% Coalition
Jan 17th 8year old female Doxin - rabies/spay/blood work/pregnant? - client paying $110.00. Zep Surgery (split up ears due to age) going for 2nd ear Coalition paying ½ estimated $300.00.
